% 21.04.2017 Since the Principal Judge, Family Court, has already held that there is no wilful disobedience by the respondent in not coming forth for dissolution of marriage under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, this Court is of the view that the present contempt petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, present contempt petition and applications are dismissed. However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order dated 10th December, 2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Courts, in accordance with law.
