JUDGMENT

% (ORAL) By this petition, a direction is sought to the trial court to decide petitioner's bail application. It is submitted that the said application is pending since the year 2014.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for petitioner that the deposition of the Investigating Officer is now to be recorded on 15th April, 2015. It is also submitted by petitioner's counsel that the evidence on record does not incriminate petitioner and so, petitioner is entitled to bail.

Upon Notice, Ms. Sonia Mathur, learned Special Public Prosecutor for respondent-CBI submits that the trial court has rightly deferred petitioner's application for bail till the evidence of Investigating Officer is Crl.M.C.No.1372/2015

complete.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on behalf of petitioner, cross-examination of Investigating Officer has already taken place. If it is so, then the trial court shall make all the endeavours to decide petitioner's bail application within a period of four weeks from the date already fixed i.e. 15th April, 2015.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.

Trial court be apprised of this order forthwith. Dasti.
