% 12.11.2018 Order of which contempt has been alleged directs respondents to reinstate petitioner in service and permits petitioner to file a Representation to claim back-wages.

On behalf of respondents, it is submitted that the compliance of order of 15th February, 2017 has been made. Copy of order of 19th April, 2018 has been handed over to the Court as well as petitioner, who submits that his pay has not been properly fixed. If it is so, then petitioner has to avail of the remedies as available in law. On petitioner's Representation seeking back-wages, order of 5th August, 2017 has been passed by respondent-School and its copy has been handed over to the Court as well as to petitioner. Denial of backwages vide order of 5th August, 2017 may be assailed by petitioner before appropriate Forum.

CONT.CAS(C) 271/2017

In view of aforesaid, no further orders are required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition and the pending applications are dismissed.
