% 14.12.2017 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that if DPC for considering petitioner's promotion for the post of Lecturer/PGT-Physical Education is constituted, then petitioner would be satisfied. Learned counsel for petitioner points out that the respondentSchool in its counter affidavit has asserted that the DPC was constituted in May, 2017, but meeting of the DPC has not taken place. This is disputed by learned counsel for respondent No.1, who submits, on instructions, that the said DPC was not validly constituted and now, it will be constituted within a period of four weeks from today. Upon constitution of fresh DPC within the above stipulated period, let its meeting be convened within another four weeks and the outcome of said DPC be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter. With aforesaid direction, this petition and application are disposed of.
