As an interim measure, we were inclined to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 19.03.2015. However, at this juncture, Mr Aneja, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1, submitted that the appeal itself be disposed of by staying the operation of the impugned order and also directing the learned Single Judge to dispose the writ petition as expeditiously as possible. It is ordered accordingly. He also states that the writ petition is listed for hearing on 14.04.2015. The learned Single Judge shall obviously decide the matter in accordance with law. The appeal stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
