% 05.09.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that as of today the area has been cleared and there is no reason to press the contempt petition, however, he submits that the respondents should make a statement that the order dated 05.10.2016 passed by this Court would be complied with in letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the Delhi Police submits that periodic actions have been taken and they shall continue to take action to ensure that judgment of this Court is complied with.
In view of the statement made in Court today, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
