% 26.10.2016 (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.93/2014 under Section 135 Electricity Act registered at Police Station Sector 23, Dwarka. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.
(2) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 / BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. is present before the Court and informs that the petitioner has paid his all dues and respondent No.2 / BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

(3) The petition is supported by the affidavits of the parties. (4) Since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and the entire dues have been paid, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.93/2014 under Section 135 Electricity Act registered at Police Station Sector 23, Dwarka and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
(5) The petition is disposed of accordingly.
