1. Learned counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that pursuant to the letter issued on 23rd March, 2019 by the Office of the Account Officer, IAP (BSF), Ministry of Home Affairs, Gandhinagar (Gujarat) and the Office Memorandum dated 28th September, 2018 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, the pay of the Petitioners has been re-fixed with effect from 1st January, 2006 in the manner as prayed for. It is stated that the order in respect of the Petitioner No.1 has already been issued and the orders in respect of the Petitioner No.2 will be issued not later than four weeks from today.

2. In that view of the matter, the amount deducted from the salaries of the Petitioners will be refunded to them by the Respondents not later than four

weeks from today.

3. The petition is disposed of in above terms. No costs. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
