% 10.05.2016 CM No.7116/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioners for withdrawal of the present petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The application stands disposed of.

CM No.8344/2015 This is an application under Section 151 CPC analogous to the provisions of Order VI Rule 17 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking permission to amend the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the present application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed. W.P.(C) 5773/2014 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following

prayers:- "(a) the respondent University may kindly be directed to declare the marks obtained by the candidates in every round of test including interview.

(b) the respondent university may kindly be directed to revise the final list of selected candidates keeping in consideration the qualification, experience, satisfactory performance in official works in the past years including success in the two important rounds of above test and relaxation of 5% marks especially in the case of petitioners as per rules.

(c) the respondent university may kindly be directed to accommodate the petitioners as they are efficient enough and posts for Junior Assistant and 14 post for Senior Assistant are still vacant.

(d) xxxxx (e) the respondent university may kindly be directed to stay the process of appointment/cancel the appointments of ingenuinely selected candidates in the present recent test as the selection is unfair."

Mr.Jamshed Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and aforesaid application for withdrawal, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy. V.P.VAISH, J MAY 10, 2016/gm
