O R D E R

% 28.01.2016 Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- " (i) Quash and set aside the letter dated 11/19.02.2014 whereby the final award of contract awarded to the petitioner has been cancelled and all subsequent actions.. (ii) Pass any other order that is deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Since the term of the contract which was awarded to the petitioner has admittedly expired, present writ petition and application have become infructous and they accordingly stand disposed of.

However, the petitioner is given liberty to file a claim for damages, if so available, in accordance with law.
