% 05.12.2016 The suit has been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore.

The cause of action has arisen at the plaintiff's office which is situated at Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Main Mathura Road, New Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 23rd December, 2016 for further directions.
