% 08.04.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition and states that they would file a review application in WP(C) No.4441/2013. It is noticed that the present writ petition primarily impugns the orders dated 19.5.2010 and 7.2.2013. These two orders were made the subject-matter of challenge in WP(C) No.4441/2013. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed. We, however, clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the review application.
