W.P.(C) 4953/2016 and CM No. 20592/2016 Counsel for respondent no. 1 has taken oral instructions in this matter and his submission is that the notice of closure has been issued to the concerned banquet hall and in fact an undertaking has also been furnished by the owner of the said banquet hall stating that he will not organize any social function in the said banquet hall and in case any such function is organized or undertaken in contravention of law respondent no. 1 will take action in accordance with law. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
