Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that he shall make every endeavour to pay Rs.40,000/- which is due against him and would also take necessary steps to vacate the premises for which he had consented and on which ground the suit was finally heard and disposed of. Till such time, the respondents would not pursue the execution of the decree.
