% 01.02.2018 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that a petition under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted against the Judgment Debtors. She further submits that the Decree Holder has already filed its claim before the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) and Decree Holder is pursuing its claim before the IRP. In view thereof, she prays for leave to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
