M/S Sulabh Impex Limited v. Govt Of NCT Of Delhi And ANR
$~13 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + W.P.(C) 5419/2016 M/S SULABH IMPEX LIMITED ..... Petitioner Through Mr.L.B.Rai and Mr. Mohit Kumar Sharma, Advocates.
versus GOVT OF NCT OF DELHI AND ANR ..... Respondents Through Mr.Varun Nischal, Advocate.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 24.07.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of representation having been filed by the petitioner to the respondent dated 08.5.2006 seeking registration of the sale deeds mentioned in the writ petition, the same has not been answered till date.
Counter affidavit has been filed. Learned counsel for respondent points out that the sale deeds could not be registered for the reason that as per their record a portion of the land (subject matter of the writ petition) has been acquired. The said award was passed in the year 1968.
Be that as it may, noting these submissions made in the writ petition, this Court directs that the averments made in the present writ petition be treated as the representation of the petitioner. The respondent shall answer the aforenoted representation of the petitioner
within an outer limit of eight weeks from today. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order to be passed by the respondent he is at liberty to take recourse to law as he is advised. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
