Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

An order dated 22.08.2025 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 784/2025 has been brought to our notice. Hon'ble Supreme Court in paragraph 36 of the said order has directed the Registry of Hon'ble Supreme Court to seek information about pending writ petitions from the Registrar Generals of all the High Courts. It has further been ordered that thereafter, the writ petitions shall stand transferred to Hon'ble Supreme Court for analogous consideration along with the main matter.

In view of the aforesaid, let these petitions be transmitted to Hon'ble Supreme Court by the Registrar General.
