% 27.03.2015 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is obvious that the Designated Authority is in the process of investigation and that he would be rendering his final finding on or before 07.04.2015. We are also of the view that the objection dated 26.11.2014 would undoubtedly receive appropriate attention of the Designated Authority before the final finding is rendered. In view of the above, no further directions are necessary in the writ petition. The same stands disposed of.
