% 05.05.2015 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP in the Supreme Court. In the nominal roll petitioner has given his address as F-41, Katwariya Sarai, New Delhi. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that none of the relatives of petitioner is found residing at the said address. In fact, one Smt. Dharmo Devi w/o Late Sh. Gugan Singh was found residing at the said address who stated that it is her ancestral property and no person by the name of petitioner has ever lived in the said house. For the purpose of filing SLP in the Supreme Court petitioner shall have to stay in Delhi. Since petitioner has failed to furnish Delhi address, writ petition is dismissed.
