This is a disposed of petition whereby the petitioner was granted parole of one month vide order dated 08.04.2015. The petitioner was released from jail on 29.04.2015.

The petitioner jumped the parole by not surrendering upon expiry of the period of parole i.e. 30.05.2015.

This file has been put up by the Registry on an office note pursuant to the letter received from the Jail Superintendent regarding non surrender of the petitioner.

Mr. Sanjay Lao appeared on behalf of the state submits that after the petitioner had jumped the parole he has been re-arrested. 5.

Nothing further survives for consideration.
