W.P.(C) 5924/2016 & CM No. 24423/2016 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 under instructions submits that property No. 205, Chhata Lal Mia, Gali Mandir Wali, Delhi has already been book qua the ground floor on 26.11.2015 and part demolition action has been taken qua 2nd and 3rd floor of the said property as well and further action will be taken as per law. No further orders are called for in this petition. The present petition is accordingly disposed of.
