% 22.11.2017 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. The settlement agreement dated 31.07.2017 has been placed on record.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in view of the settlement agreement dated 31.07.2017, he would like to withdraw the present suit. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications, if any, also dismissed as withdrawn. In terms of the Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees.
