% 05.03.2015 We have received the report from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre which indicates that the parties have arrived at a settlement. All the parties to the agreement namely Mr Rahul Hargun, Mr Vasdev Hargun and Mr Rohit Hargun are present and they confirm the settlement agreement. The appeal is, consequently, disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 26.02.2015. The parties shall move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for passing a decree in terms of the settlement.

The appeal stands disposed of.
