% 07.02.2019 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner says the petitioners are not inclined to challenge the impugned order on merits provided they are given three months' time to vacate the premises. Same is agreed by learned counsel for the respondent. In the circumstances, the petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to vacate the premises and hand over vacant and peaceful possession to the respondent on or before 7th May, 2019 failing which the petitioner shall have to pay the user and occupation charges @ 15,000/- per month w.e.f. 01.10.2018 till the next date of hearing. The matter be listed on 8th May, 2019 only for compliance of the above directions.
