The learned counsel on both sides fairly agree that on account of change of the pecuniary jurisdiction, having regard to the nature and value of the relief claimed in the present suit, it requires to be transferred to the District Court. They further jointly submit that the jurisdiction vests in District Court of South-East District of Delhi located at Saket Court Complex, New Delhi.

A chamber appeal (OA No.404/2015) with certain applications connected thereto moved by the defendants are pending. It is agreed by both sides that the said appeal may be directed to be treated by the trial court as a review application.

Ordered accordingly.

The civil suit at hand with accompanying applications is transferred to the court of District Judge, South-East District at Saket Court Complex, New Delhi where the parties may appear for further proceedings in accordance with law on 12.01.2017.

The learned District Judge, South-East may, in her discretion, retain the case on her board or allocate it to any other court of Additional District Judge under her control.
