% 21.04.2017 The valuation of the present suit is less than Rs.1 crore. Therefore, in terms of Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into fore with effect from 26.10.2015 vide Notification No.F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26.10.2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 sub-Section (ii), the present suit is directed to be transferred to District & Sessions Judge, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, as the suit property is situated in Palam Colony. Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi on 30th May, 2017, for further proceedings, in accordance with law.
