% 17.04.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 20th October, 2015 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 1655/2012 whereby the respondent No.2 was directed to comply with the directions of the respondent No.1 in the letter dated 10th June, 2015 with respect to implementation of service rules dated 20th May, 2009 within four weeks.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that though respondent No.2 in partial compliance of the aforesaid order has implemented the service rules dated 20th May, 2009 w.e.f. 01st April, 2006 and fixed the salary of the petitioners, yet the respondent No.2 has not paid the arrears of salary w.e.f.

01st January, 2006 to 31st March, 2016 to the petitioners. Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, learned counsel for respondent No.1, who appears on advance notice, on instructions of Mr. Tanuj Bhanot, authorised representative of respondent No.1, states that the delay in compliance with the order dated 20th October, 2015 has occurred due to change of Administrator. He assures and undertakes to this Court that the order in question shall be complied within a period of three weeks. The statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1 is accepted by this Court and respondent No.1 is held bound by the same. In view thereof, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. However, list the matter for compliance on 25th May, 2017. MANMOHAN, J APRIL 17, 2017 js
