Settlement agreement dated 12.04.2018 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by which the parties have amicably resolved and settled their all disputes. Learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent and his counsel confirm the mediation settlement. By this settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the respondent/workmen in full and final settlement of his all claims against the petitioner/management.

The respondent, present in the Court, confirms that pursuant to the settlement, he has received a Demand Draft bearing No.218217 in his favour dated 12.04.2018 issued by Oriental Bank of Commerce for Rs.1,25,000/- from the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the petition along with the applications being CM No.14443/2017 and CM No.32039/2017 is disposed of. VINOD GOEL, J.
