% 11.12.2017 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and instead move the Trial Court by filing an application seeking review of the judgment dated 10th July, 2012 whereby the two properties in question stood excluded from the fray.

The petition before this Court is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted subject, however, to the condition that the petitioner will move such an application within two weeks hereof as is the time sought. While considering the prayer for condonation of delay, the learned Trial Court will bear in mind the liberty granted by this court. Order dasti.
