The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 07.7.2015 vide which his plea for alternative plot has been rejected. His submission is that his application been rejected only on the ground of limitation; his case has not been examined on merits. His further submission is that his application was well within time. Notice of this petition as also of the stay application has been accepted by learned counsel for respondent no.1. Reply/response be filed in three weeks with advance copy to the petitioner who may file rejoinder before next date.

Notice of this petition as also of the stay application be issued

to the respondent no.2 through standing counsel on the petitioner taking effective steps.
