W.P.(C) 4956/2016 Counsel for the petitioner has grievances for three properties. His submission is that the alleged illegal construction has been carried out in the afore noted properties which is causing huge problem to the residents of the properties. The afore noted properties are plots no. 479/11, 479/12 and 479/15 situated at Khasra Nos. 655/510/251 in

Village Jasola, New Delhi.

An advance notice has been issued to the respondents. Counsel for respondent no.1 has put in appearance. His submission is that qua plot no. 479/12 there is a stay operating by competent court and no action can be taken in the aforenoted property. Qua properties bearing plot nos. 479/11 and 479/15 action has already been taken on two occasions and the next proposed action is on 18.07.2016. Further submission is that the respondent 2 / the Commissioner of Delhi Police should assist them in this operation. Respondent no. 2 will abide by this direction. The afore noted action which is proposed for plot no. 479/11 and 479/15 shall be intimated to the petitioner.

Qua plot no. 479/12 petitioner is granted liberty to take appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
