1. It is stated that the arbitral proceedings are already in progress. The interim order dated 3rd June, 2016 is directed to continue till such time the learned Arbitrator varies, modifies or vacates it in accordance with law in an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 moved by either party. This will not preclude the parties from seeking other interim reliefs before the learned Arbitrator in accordance with law.
