% 06.02.2019 During the course of hearing, respondent no. 2 has admitted that matter was settled between her and the petitioners during the hearing of bail applications of petitioners, inasmuch as, settled amount of `25 lacs stands paid to her before the trial court but in installments. Respondent no. 2 says that petitioners delayed the payments, therefore, she may be compensated by paying `1.50 lacs by the petitioner towards the delayed payment. Respondent no. 2 submits that she will have no objection if FIR No. 97/2013 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station North Rohini and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed on receipt of `1.50
lacs within two months.
Petitioner no. 1 is present in person and submits that he is willing to pay `1.50 lacs to respondent no. 2 within two months. Separate statements of petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2, on oath, have been recorded in this regard. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. List for payment on 22nd April, 2019.
