To call for records of Ld. Trial Court in Suit No. CS: 751/10 from the Ld. Court of Sh. Vijay Kumar Dahiya, A.D.J., Rohini, Delhi.

Any other order which deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present appeal in favour of appellant." 3.
