By the present petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.348/2016 under Sections 354/354A/323/506 IPC registered at PS Hari Nagar, Delhi.

The allegations in the complaint are that the sister-in-law of the petitioner had taken a loan from the husband of the complainant and was delaying the payment. When the complainant came to Delhi on 21st April, 2015 and informed the wife and sister-in-law of the petitioner that she will be staying there for few days, she was called at the house of the petitioner on 23rd April, 2015. However, neither the wife nor the sister-in-law of the petitioner was there. The petitioner at that time molested the complainant. BAIL APPLN. 1118/2016

The case of the petitioner is that FIR No.347/2016 under Sections 376/506 IPC was registered by the sister-in-law of the petitioner against the husband of the complainant as a counter blast whereof the above noted FIR was registered. FIR No.347/2016 was registered on 2nd April, 2016 based on the complaint of sister-in-law of the petitioner dated 1st February, 2016. The above noted FIR was registered on 3rd April, 2016. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.347/2016, who is the husband of the complainant in the present case. 4.

Considering the facts noted above and the fact that the petitioner has already joined the investigation, I deem it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
