% 03.03.2020 IA No.410/2020 u/O XXII R 4 CPC moved by plaintiff for substitution of legal heirs of deceased defendant no.9 It is stated by learned counsel for defendant no.9 that he will take instructions qua the captioned IA.

As per office note, LR nos.1 to 4 have been served through ordinary process. Let reply, if any, be filed by said LRs within four weeks with copy to opposite side, who may file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.

Re-notify on next date.

IAs No.7051/2019, 7052/2019 and 7053/2019 (all of plaintiff for restoration of the suit, for setting aside of abatement, for condonation of delay in applying there for and for substitution of LR and for interim relief) The matter is listed for completion of service in the captioned IAs.

Defendant no.8 is served but no reply has been filed by said defendant. Let same be filed within three weeks as last opportunity with copy to opposite side, who may file rejoinder, if any, within three weeks thereafter.

Remaining defendants are un-served and process to defendant no.28 is still awaited. Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that he will inspect the file and file appropriate application for substituted service qua un-served defendants.
