% 26.10.2017 While none appears for the petitioner, in the status report dated 25.10.2017 filed by the respondent-SDMC, it is stated as under:- "2. That it is respectfully submitted that in the last report, the respondent/SDMC had informed regarding actions initiated against unauthorized construction carried out in writ property and also extent of demolition and sealing action undertaken. The respondent/SDMC had also undertaken that remaining unauthorized constructions will be sealed during special programme planed and fixed for 06.10.2017.

It is submitted that respondent/SDMC sealed the remaining portions during said programme. Now, entire property stands sealed. 3.

That owner has filed application for regularization of existing structure of writ property as per norms of Master Plan-2021. The same is under process as per policy.

In view of the foregoing, as of now, nothing survives in the petition inasmuch as the action has come to be taken by the respondent-SDMC. Should any cause of action survive or arise afresh, the liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh.

Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
