% 13.04.2017 The earlier bail application, BAIL APPLN.1592/2016 was withdrawn by the applicant and was dismissed accordingly by order dated 08.12.2016 after the court had pointed out that the public witnesses have fortified the case of the prosecution, though not identifying the petitioner, but bringing out the recovery of motor cycle, gun and live cartridges from his possession. There is no change of circumstances.
