% 28.09.2018 Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.541/2014 under Section 376/384/506 IPC at Police Station Greater Kailash based on a settlement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued to the Trial Court to expedite the recording of the evidence, he shall not press the present petition. In view of the above, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from the next date of hearing. Petition is disposed off in the above terms.
