Counsel for the defendants states that he has instructions from the defendants that defendants are no longer using the trademark 'WELGONE'. The defendants will be bound by the statement made on their behalf by their counsel and they will not use the trademark 'WELGONE'. 2.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the defendants and which will bind the defendants, the counsel for the plaintiff states that the suit be disposed of accordingly.

Suit is accordingly disposed of by injuncting the defendants from using the trademark 'WELGONE'. No other reliefs are pressed by the plaintiff.
