W.P.(C) 2939/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the petition, the respondents, vide order dated 10.04.2017, have revoked the suspension order dated 24.03.2017 and have resumed the supplies. He submits that the revocation order has been issued after completion of investigation of complaint which did not reveal any fault on the part of the petitioner.
