Report from the Superintendent Jail reveals that the petitioner did not surrender in time after the expiry of parole period. He has been re-arrested on 22.09.2016 in case FIR No.164/2016 under Section 25 Arms Act PS Crime Branch and is presently lodged in Central Jail No.5, Tihar, New Delhi.

Since terms and conditions of the bonds have been violated, Trial Court shall proceed against the appellant and his surety as per law.
