% 13.07.2016 This petition has been filed by the petitioner to seek parole. Mr. Mahajan, tendered in court the latest nominal roll, which discloses the status as on 12.07.2016. It is pointed out that the present petition was filed on 25.05.2016, however, the petitioner was granted furlough from 31.05.2016 to 14.06.2016. Prior to that, he was on furlough from 12.02.2016 to 26.02.2016. The ground for seeking parole was stated to be primarily to get the petitioner's five years old daughter admitted to good school. Steps for admission ought to have been taken by the petitioner when he was on furlough in February and May/June, 2016. In any event, since the petitioner was on furlough after the filing of the present petition, counsel for the

petitioner does not wish to press this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
