% 05.02.2020 These cases have been listed on Office Note apropos the order dated 22.01.2020 when the appeals were dismissed in default. The said order is erroneous because the appeals had already been dismissed as withdrawn on 05.11.2019. Pursuant to the earlier order, the appeals ought to have been deleted from the category of „Regular Matters‟ and not called out for hearing on 20.01.2020.

The error is obvious, therefore, the order of that date i.e. 22.01.2020 shall be expunged from the records.
