Registry has reported that SI Sonu Ram of Police Station Vijay Vihar, who is Investigating Officer in FIR No. 416/12 under Section 420 IPC registered on the complaint of plaintiff herein, has requested this Court for supplying original bayana receipt to him as the same is required for investigation in the aforementioned FIR. Suit is already decreed in favour of the plaintiff.

Since bayana receipt is required for investigation, Registry may hand over the original bayana receipt dated 26th April, 2012 to SI Sonu Ram against receipt after retaining the photocopy of the bayana receipt. A.K. PATHAK, J.
