% 05.05.2017 The present bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant for grant of anticipatory bail in a case arising out of FIR No.92/2017 registered under Sections 323/342/354-B/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Bhajanpura, Delhi.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that during the pendency of this bail application, the applicant preferred to surrender before the Trial Court on 24th April, 2017 and, thereafter, vide order dated 25th April, 2017, the applicant was released on bail
by the Trial Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that the applicant has already got the regular bail from the court and that the present bail application may be dismissed as rendered infructuous. Consequently, the present bail application is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
