% 11.07.2016 Vide Notification No. 1078/G-4/Genl./DHC dated 06.07.2016, the cases listed on Friday, 08.07.2016 has been taken up today. Ld. counsel for the plaintiff has pointed out that vide order dated 09.11.2012 and the order dated 28.10.2013, the present suit is now confined to the recovery of earnest money and the relief of specific performance does not survive. The amount of recovery sought by the plaintiff is less than Rs. 1 crore and hence, the matter has to be transferred to District Courts. I have perused the record and heard ld. counsels for the parties. In view of the orders dated 09.11.2012 and 28.10.2013, the present suit is liable to be transferred to the court of Competent Jurisdiction. Accordingly, in terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts. The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 17th August, 2016 for further

directions.
