By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of parole for a period of three months on the grounds of (i) consoling her family members on the death of her mother, (ii) for filing SLP, (iii) for securing cancer treatment and (iv) for maintaining social ties with family and society. 2.

The application seeking parole is pending before the Government of NCT of Delhi and in the meantime mother of the petitioner has expired on 16th May, 2016 and her presence is required to perform the last rites of her mother.

Learned Standing Counsel on behalf the State has submitted that they will dispose the application seeking parole within ten days. 4.

Government of NCT of Delhi is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within ten days, also taking knowledge of the subsequent event of death of her mother.

Writ petition is disposed of.
