The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 3244/2017 1.

The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the failure of the

respondents to consider or pass order on his complaint dated 6th March, 2017 made to the Commissioner, South Delhi Municipal Corporation regarding illegal unauthorised construction being raised by the private respondents with the alleged connivance of the local officers of the respondents.

The petitioner also complaints that the government land has been illegally encroached upon.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:

(i) The respondents shall deal with and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner within a week from today. (ii) The order shall be passed forthwith communicated to the petitioner.

In case the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 find substance in the complaints made by the petitioner, action shall be taken expeditiously after passing of the order. Needless to say statutory provisions shall be strictly abided by before passing the order. This writ petition is disposed of.

Compliance report shall be filed in the Registry within a period of ten days. In case the same is not filed the matter shall be listed before this Court.
