% 26.02.2018 The first respondent is present in person and she submits that she has never interfered, hindered or obstructed the CCTV recordings equipment for which may have been fixed by the petitioner in the subject premises nor does she intend doing any such act of commission or omission. She gives an undertaking that she will not indulge in any such act. With this undertaking being recorded, the counsel for the petitioner submits he does not press any other relief in these proceedings, and, therefore, withdraws the petition. Binding the first respondent with the undertaking, the petition stands disposed of.
